Cancer treatments and services

Our comprehensive cancer center provides personalized care and state-of-the-art radiation therapy, a common treatment for cancer that uses high doses of radiation to kill cancer cells and shrink tumors. We offer various types of internal and external beam radiation therapies including:

  • Brachytherapy
  • External beam radiation therapy
  • Stereotactic body radiotherapy
  • Stereotactic radiosurgery
  • Volumetric arc therapy

Our oncology patients also have access to intravenous (IV) chemotherapy that delivers chemotherapy drugs directly into the bloodstream so they start working quicker. We also offer IV infusion therapy to quickly and effectively administer blood, medication and fluids. Infusion therapy is often used to deliver medication that can’t be taken orally, or that needs to be dispensed at a controlled pace.

Each person's cancer has a unique genetic mutation that defines their cancer. Because of this, patients with the same cancer may respond differently to the same treatment. We offer genetic testing to help our oncologists understand the mutations in each patient's tumor's DNA so we can provide personalized treatments for each patient.
