The PGY1 pharmacy residency program, accepts applications only through the National Matching Services Inc. – ASHP Resident Matching Program (https://www.natmatch.com/ashprmp/index.html). Application materials should be submitted by January 12th, including:
- Evidence of participation in the NMS- ASHP Resident Matching Program
- Letter of intent
- College of pharmacy transcripts
- Curriculum Vitae
- Three letters of recommendation
