Based off of the personal health information provided, the Assessment can help determine whether you are considered high, moderate or low risk when it comes to your heart health.
Upon completion, you will receive the Personal Health Profiler - a detailed report with personalized information about your:
- Heart Age: Comparison of your cardiovascular disease risk against someone without any risk factors to get an idea of your overall heart health
- CVD Risk Estimates: Estimation of your risk of having a heart attack, stroke, blood vessel disease or heart failure over the next 10-30 years
- CVD Risk Factors: The personal characteristics that increase your chances of cardiovascular disease and what can be done to control those you can change
