Welcome to Corpus Christi Medical Center Pharmacy Residency Program website.  We appreciate your desire to learn about our American Society of Health-Systems (ASHP) accredited pharmacy residency program.

Located on the Gulf Coast of South Texas, Corpus Christi is a city with a population of approximately 330,000, and miles of beaches, and average daily temperature of 72˚F, which offers several popular tourist attractions.

Within our institutions, you will find a wealth of information to assimilate and opportunity to be taught by a diverse, qualified, experienced and dedicated faculty.  It is a rich environment to fulfill the rigorous program outlined by the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists, for completion of its accredited residency program. Residents in our program go through a strong didactic as well as practical experiences during their tenure.

Our institution is an HCA affiliate, nationally recognized by The Joint Commission as a Top Performer on Key Quality Measures. We are a 651-bed medical center with several campuses, including: Doctors Regional, Bay Area, Bay View, The Heart Hospital, Northwest, Northshore Emergency Center and Radiation Oncology. We offer a full range of excellent medical, surgical and pharmaceutical services at these campuses.
