Corpus Christi Medical Center - Bay Area Hospital's Weight Loss Education program is focused on helping local residents who suffer from morbid obesity. The physicians’ and caring staff at Bay Area are committed to improving the health and well being of our patients, who, due to various reasons, are unable to lose weight.

Weight Loss Surgery helps patients lose substantial weight – permanently and empower our patients to take control of their lifestyle so that they can enjoy better health and take part in many activities that add so much pleasure to everyday living. Members of the bariatric surgery team at Corpus Christi Medical Center, will discuss the different aspects of weight loss surgery, including nutrition, health and fitness, lifestyle modification and other health related topics. The session is informal, allowing you the opportunity to ask questions and receive information in a relaxed, low-pressure setting.
