Corpus Christi, Texas— Corpus Christi Medical Center is pleased to welcome the Del Mar Learning Center to the Northwest Regional Campus. The use of the facility is a donation made from the Corpus Christi Medical Center to Del Mar College. The Learning Center will provide instruction to students entering into the Applied Science in Engineering Technology Program. Graduates of the program will qualify to work as technicians or technologists supporting engineers in wind, solar, fuel cell, electrical, electronics, industrial, petroleum, refinery, process control and mechanical engineering disciplines.

The in-kind donation for the use of the facility, which will house the Northwest Del Mar Learning Center, is located on the Corpus Christi Medical Center – Northwest Campus. We are excited to help Del Mar College expand learning opportunities for Coastal Bend Residents”, said Ed Lamb, Chief Executive Officer at Corpus Christi Medical Center.

The Grand Opening of the Northwest Del Mar Learning Center will be held on July 27 at 10:00 a.m. at 13725 Northwest Boulevard in Corpus Christi.
